TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing and enrolling in our traffic safety courses (4-hour or 8-hour), you agree to the following terms:
* Students must attend the full duration of the course and comply with all instructor requirements in order to successfully complete the class and receive a certificate.
* Failure to remain connected, participate, or meet course requirements—due to reasons outside the instructor’s control—will result in non-completion of the course and no certificate will be issued.
* It is the student’s responsibility to provide a valid and accurate email address at the time of registration. Certificates will be sent electronically to the email provided.
Certificates may also be sent directly to a student’s attorney only if the student provides complete and accurate attorney information and explicitly requests that the certificate be sent to their attorney*.
* If you do not receive your certificate, you must contact us via email and include details of the class attended (date, time, and name).
* If a student registers for a class but does not attend, the class will be considered forfeited.
Limitation of Liability / No Guarantees
* We do not guarantee any specific legal, financial, or personal outcome as a result of completing our courses. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the course meets any court, legal, or state requirements applicable to their situation.
* While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our classes, we are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or platform interruptions experienced by the student.
* Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to complete the course.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in North Carolina.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
* Any personal information collected (such as name, email, and payment details) will be used solely for course registration, communication, and certificate delivery.
* If a student requests that their certificate be sent to their attorney, the student must provide accurate attorney contact information. By making this request, the student authorizes us to share the certificate and necessary identifying information with their attorney.
* We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required to fulfill services requested by the student (such as sending certificates to an attorney) or as required by law.
* Your data is stored securely and only accessed when necessary to provide our services.
REFUND POLICY
All course purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
* If a student purchases the wrong course by mistake, they must contact us via email as soon as possible, explaining the situation.
Requests for course changes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the payment may be transferred* to the correct course.
* Transfers are not guaranteed and are granted at our sole discretion.
* No monetary refunds will be issued—only transfers to another course may be considered.
* If a student fails to attend a scheduled class, the purchase will be forfeited and will not be eligible for transfer or refund.
